Bario is famous for its Bario rice and pineapple, cooler climate and hilly landscape combined with friendly highland people will make this a memorable trip!

Day 1: Arrive in Miri

Upon arrival in Miri, transfer to Ano Hotel & overnight


Day 2: Depart to Bario - Bario Tour (B, L, D)

Fly from Miri to Bario. Upon your arrival in Bario, meet your friendly guide. We transfer by 4x4WD to the homestay for check-in. After Lunch walk on to the Native Market Centre and proceed on the Bario Longhouse (Bario Asal) passing through the rice fields and the Schools. Take your time to visit the Longhouse of the Kelabit Community. From there we climb up the hill at the Bario Secondary School to have a good view of the Bario Valley. Hence we return to the Lodge & overnight at your homestay. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)


Day 3: Continue Bario Tour (B, L, D)

Breakfast before pickup to trek up the prayer mountain and the Penan Settlement on the way back for lunch at the homestay. Pickup on 4WD to visiting the salt spring perhaps to witness the Kelabit traditional way of producing their mountain salt. Stop at the pineapple farm and sheep farm on the way back from here. Free at leisure or pond fishing activity near the house or self Bario discover before dinner and rest. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)


Day 4: Departure (B)

After breakfast bid farewell to the Kelabit people and transfer to the airport to check-in and depart to Miri on Maswings flight. (Breakfast)
